Since there were cars, there have been people that would like to find out which one of them is faster and this is exactly what they have been doing.
When it comes to street racing, well the name itself tells us that these guys are bound to have a run-in with the law no matter how much they have taken the necessary precautions.
This time however it all starts pretty benign since as we all know these guys have a curfew that allows them to race until a certain time on the road that they have been using to race.
As the alarm for the curfew sounds, Chuck Seitsinger remembers the good old times when these guys were on the lookout for the police and what they had to do in order to be able to take their cars home at the end of the night.
Over the years these guys have had their share of run-ins with the police and while some of them were getting pretty serious these guys managed to find ways to keep their cars from impounding.
This however does not mean that they have managed to escape a few tickets here and there since there are quite a few modifications on their cars that might not exactly be considered to be street legal in the eyes of the police.
These guys have been trying to avoid detention for years and years and sometimes they have been much closer to it than what they wanted for comfort but as the title of the entire franchise explains, these guys are Street Outlaws and outlaws have their run-ins with the law from time to time.
