People that have worked on their cars and build them themselves will confirm that it is a special kind of time spent which is incredibly therapeutic and it relieves tons of stress that we tend to accumulate during our work hours at our job.
Even if it is only done over the weekend, it still works since it lets us focus on the current issue or task that we are doing and gets our mind of the many things that bother us.
Getting something done on it however is even better because it gives us great sense of accomplishment afterwards.
